Preorder jeans

GOOUNIES preorder jeans have an estimated delivery time of 12–15 business days from the order date, including production and shipping.

Preorder jeans ship free within the United States. Express shipping does not shorten production time and is not offered for preorder jeans.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will email you with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Statement bags

GOOUNIES statement bags take approximately 14 days to make, followed by 7 days for delivery. Please allow approximately 21 days total from your order date.

Other products

Processing or production timing is shown on the applicable product page. After an item ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Standard shipping costs $6.99, and orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping costs $15 and typically takes 1–2 business days after processing; it does not shorten any stated production period.

Coming-soon or waitlist products cannot be purchased until they become available. Items from different shipping profiles may arrive separately.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be emailed when an order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. GOOUNIES is not responsible for carrier delays, but please contact us through the Contact page if your package is delayed or missing so we can help investigate.
