Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. To request a return, contact GOOUNIES through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
